The accommodations were impressively clean and tastefully appointed. Beds were comfortable. The common pool area was large and beautifully landscaped. A great space to relax! We were able to swim in the heated pool, even though the air temperatures were in the upper 60’s, and used the spa every evening. There are good restaurants and coffee in the area, but along with close amenities comes some traffic noise. Nothing that would keep us from considering a second stay.

Oliver was a great host! Very Responsive, Professional, & Personable. The Greyhawk Flat was everything we thought it would be and more. The area is beautiful and set in nature. The amenities: Pool, hot tub, workout center, and all landscaping around the complex, including facilities were impeccable. There is a short 1 mile paved walking path that leads to a outlet mall that has plenty of entities within. With a short drive to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, you can hike many different trails, Easy, Moderate, Hard, & Strenuous. There you can connect with nature and capture breathtaking views. My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Oliver's Greyhawk Flat. We enjoyed it so much, we are returning in a week for 1 Month in another one of Oliver's Properties! Did I mention the Mountains, and the views from the upper Belcony? Beautiful sunrise's and sunset's.

This stay was short notice. We booked same night. As soon as we booked, we received all the instructions. Had no issues along the way. They did require some additional information for check in but that seemed easy enough. The house was great. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. No exaggeration here.

Oliver’s place was great! We were in Scottsdale for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us to relax comfortably, get ready for the event and enjoy the area! The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood was clean quiet and convenient to shops/walking trails/hiking. We loved it! Thank you:)

We rented this property for 5 weeks. We had very little need to contact the host because everything was in perfectly working order. The property is well maintained and stocked. The kitchen has all of the essentials and is well organized. There are plenty of towels and bedding. The beds are comfortable. The community is gated and quiet. We used the fitness center and pool almost everyday. The association does a good job of keeping all of the areas clean and maintained. For the past 3 years we've rented a condo in Arizona in the spring. Prices are always competitive for that time of year. This is the best property by far that we've stayed at. Given the opportunity, we would rent here again. Cheers to the management team! Great job!
