This home is set up like a duplex; however, your suite is completely private with no shared interior spaces. For property security, exterior cameras monitor the outside of the home. Heating & Cooling. Guests have full control of the thermostat, which operates central air conditioning and central heating. Not only was this place very affordable, the location is perfect! Every restaurant, any event was only about 10-15 mins from the house. Host responds immediately! The home was super cute and clean. I felt safe in the neighborhood. This will more than likely be where I stay any time I visit Phoenix.
