This home is set up like a duplex, and you will be renting one of two private units. Your suite is 100% private with no shared interior spaces. A secure, double-locked hotel-style door connects the two units and cannot be opened. Check-In/Out. To ensure our team has adequate time to prepare the home to our high standards, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. If the property is ready early on your arrival day, we will notify you. For Families. A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play is available and includes fitted sheets. A high chair is also provided for added convenience. Please plan to bring any additional childcare items your family may need. Pets. We’re pet-friendly and welcome one pet per stay. Please add your pet to the reservation so Airbnb can apply the pet fee. If a pet arrives without being added, the required fee will be requested. Guest Count. Very charming!! You will enjoy the accommodations, great location, and responsive host. Large kitchen with all the amenities you will need for your stay - thank you, Oliver, for the coffee creamer! I especially enjoyed the split-unit A/C in each bedroom. I need ice cold when I sleep, and the unit did not disappoint. Another big Thank You for the amazing water pressure in the shower, much needed after a long day of riding motorcycles!! This location is definitely on my list of favorites in the Tampa Bay area.

My mother and I were in town for a few days to attend my cousin's wedding in St. Pete. Olive was an excellent host from start to finish. Very clear and helpful with communications ahead of time, and during the stay. The home is very clean and nice. Beds and pillows are super comfortable :) It is a peaceful area and quiet neighborhood. 5 stars all around. We had a nice visit -- many thanks!

Check in and check out very easy. Place was very clean. Would have been nice to have a couple extra towels. But wasn’t a huge deal. Beds super comfy. Definitely book again.
