Important Check-in/Check-out Note We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Hillery Haus for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay. Pets A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee. Guests Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to eight guests in total. Pool Heating Hillery Haus has a private, unheated pool. Pool heating is not available at this home. Additional Cleaning Services Would you enjoy a refresh during your stay? Additional cleaning services are available for an added fee. Simply message our team for pricing and scheduling—we’ll be happy to help arrange the service. For Families To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Hillery Haus has a private pool and stairs between its three levels, so please keep these features in mind when planning your stay. We look forward to making you feel at home. Security Policy For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund. Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum. Discrepancies Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.
