POOL SIZE 15' W x 25' L - 5' 6" Deep IMPORTANT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT NOTE This particular property takes about 5-6 hours to clean and prepare between each reservation. So to be courteous to our guests' schedules before and after your stay and our cleaning staff's schedules, we CAN NOT accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out in advance. So we kindly ask you to be patient with our team while we prepare the property for your stay. However, if, for whatever reason, the property is available early, we will make sure to let you know on the day of your check-in. PETS Our home is pet-friendly, and we love welcoming your furry friends! Remember to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking, as we allow only two pets per stay. Pet fees will be added then, and Airbnb will outline those costs for you. If pets aren't added to the reservation and the pet fees aren't paid, we will request the fee if a pet is brought to the home. GUESTS Please ensure all guests staying at the property are included in your reservation. Airbnb will calculate costs based on the number of guests listed, so your reservation must reflect the correct total. If additional guests arrive and are not included in the original booking, any extra guest fees will be charged to your reservation. POOL/SPA HEATER The spa is heated and complimentary. The pool can be heated, and we’re happy to accommodate for an additional fee. These adjustments are processed through a Reservation Alteration Request, and applicable taxes and fees may apply. FOR FAMILIES A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play is available and includes fitted sheets. A high chair is also provided for added convenience. Please plan to bring any additional childcare items your family may need. GUEST INCLUSIVENESS Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. SECURITY POLICY The home’s exterior is equipped with security cameras for the safety and security of our guests and the property. This is a strictly no-party home, and unauthorized events or unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund. DISCREPANCIES If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. All other amenities not essential for the livability of the home are considered complimentary and are not eligible for refunds or discounts. HEATING & COOLING Guests have full control over the heating and cooling of the property and are welcome to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable level during their stay. Please note that our HVAC systems are equipped with preset limits to protect the equipment from potential strain or damage. LEGAL In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, our property accommodates a maximum of 6 adults and their related dependent children. We also do not allow events or parties of any kind.
