Kitchen & Coffee Station The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking meals at home. A dual coffee machine is provided, offering both drip coffee and single-serve options. A starter supply of single-serve coffee cups is included to get you started, though heavy coffee drinkers may wish to bring additional coffee. Backyard & Pool The private backyard features a refreshing swimming pool, outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical palm trees. Pool towels are provided for the entire duration of your stay. Please note the pool is not heated and is serviced twice weekly. Due to the tropical environment, leaves or natural debris may occasionally appear in the pool between cleanings. A pool net is provided for guest use, and no refunds or discounts are offered for natural debris. Parking Guests have access to a private two-car driveway, with additional free street parking available if needed.

Every home is carefully prepared with fresh linens and sparkling spaces, and our team is always available should you need assistance during your stay. Check-In/Out This property requires approximately five to six hours to clean and prepare between reservations. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated in advance. If the home becomes available early, you will be notified on the day of arrival. Heating & Cooling Guests have full control of the thermostat during their stay. Please note the HVAC system has preset limits in place to protect the equipment from strain or damage. Pets Sunny Palms is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two pets per stay. Pets must be added to the reservation at the time of booking so Airbnb can apply the appropriate pet fee. If pets are brought without being added to the reservation, the required fee will be requested. Guest Count All guests staying at the property must be included in the reservation, as Airbnb calculates pricing based on the listed guest count. It felt like a home away from home. It was only 10 minutes to Indian rocks beach and also 20 minutes from Clearwater. It was right next to park which my guests loved. Walkable neighborhood where you find some ducks and their babies and also friendly neighbors! The host messaged me that do to leaves falling in to the pool that they will have pool people come and clean 3 times a week which was very helpful. The leaves didn’t stop my guest from enjoying the pool. Definitely will be back again!

We needed a place to stay during renovations on our home - we live locally. Oliver was very communicative and it was a great place to land while we needed a space! Pool looked very nice, but we were there when it was cold, so we didn't use it.

My family of 4 adults and 2 children were able to comfortably fit in the house. Although we were there for a quick trip before we traveled to Orlando, we liked the capability to use the kitchen with plenty of cooking pans and utensils as well as a coffee machine with coffee and creamer provided. The bathroom also had toiletries for use such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as make up remover! It was very easy to get into the house. The check out instructions were very easy and straightforward. The house was also conveniently located to restaurants, the beach, and churches.

We had an excellent stay! Oliver was truly our saving grace. I had booked a different AirBnB and the host ended up being unresponsive the day of check in. I found Sunny Palms and we were able to check in within minutes. Super cute and would definitely book again!

Prior to this Airbnb I was in the Airbnb from hell and I messaged Oliver at around midnight for an incredibly last minute booking and got a response! Was in almost instantly! The house, the location, everything was incredible!! Completely turned around the trip! Thank you hosts!

We have a driveway long enough for 2 cars and there is street parking available! However, if you don’t have a car, we recommend Uber or Lyft to get around!
