Due to the size and care required to prepare this home, early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll notify you on your arrival day. Pool & Spa Heating. The spa is heated and complimentary. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be arranged through a Reservation Alteration Request. Taxes and fees may apply. Pets. We welcome up to two pets per stay. Pets must be added to the reservation at booking so Airbnb can apply the pet fee. Unregistered pets will result in a fee request. Guest Count. All guests must be included in your reservation. Additional unregistered guests will incur extra guest fees. For Families. A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair are provided. Please bring any additional childcare items you may need. Heating & Cooling. Guests have full control of the thermostat. Preset limits are in place to protect HVAC equipment. Safety & Security. We had to book last minute due to a flight cancellation and Oliver was responsive and helpful with organizing out same day booking. He allowed us to drop our bags off earlier in the day and the check in early as well. The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!

Had my birthday staycation here and it was a great experience! The house was beautiful, spacious and well set up and equipped. They clearly put a lot of thought into this home and put special attention to the details: provided multiple hair driers, cotton swabs, plenty of towels, lots of kitchen essentials and all those little details you tend to forget to bring from home. Hot tub&pool were clean, worked great and was lots of fun. Lots of space for our group dinners. So many amenities we didn’t even have time to use. For our group of all girls favorite part was the beauty room - genius touch. That said we did have slight hiccup with the heat not working the first night but I want to highlight how responsive the host was and how proactive they were in providing solutions and when those didn’t work ultimately sending out a technician and getting everything resolved so quickly- it was greatly appreciated. Our group 1000% will be booking again for our next staycation!

I stayed here for almost a week with two couples and 5 kids (4,7,7,9,10). We found it to be as advertised and enjoyed the location and home. We never felt cramped in the space. The cleaning staff were just cleaning up when we got there, so we waited about 10 minutes, but that was no issue as the house was clean and appeared to have a big group there before us based on the amount of trash they compiled! We paid for heating in the pool and there was a heater issue the first two days but they got a tech there on Monday to fix it and refund the days we didn't have heat. We had some requests for items we expected or needed while staying and they took care of them right away. Communication was very prompt and some people complain about the cameras outside, but I wouldn't give it a second thought if you're following the house rules. We would stay here again - the kids loved it!

Perfect stay and exactly as described. We were x4 basketball moms visiting Phoenix for our daughter’s tournament. We stayed at Oliver’s place for 5-nights and had the best time. The place is clean, exactly as shown on pictures, beautiful home and property in a welcoming and quiet neighbourhood . We enjoyed bbq’ing at home and relaxing in hot tub or around the fire pit. Oliver and co-host Yadira were extremely responsive the couple times we reached out for questions. Thank you and we will be back !

The place is well taken care of. My only issue is cameras everywhere. Out the back there is no privacy at the pool and hot tub area. The house is also crawling with rules. That was a bit of a annoyance. but it is very clean, and well maintained and the beds are very comfortable

Oliver was great! Very communicative, attentive to detail and truly cares about making your stay comfortable. The house was inviting, clean and perfectly nested in Scottsdale. We would 100% stay here again.
